The Role

Our client is the world’s largest marketplace in the global marine industry, aiming to connect buyers and suppliers around the world. The award-winning client is currently looking for a Senior Product Marketer to join their team.
Ideal candidates should be smart, creative and get things done whilst being open to hearing the perspective of others.
The Senior Product Marketer will be responsible for executing the tasks assigned to the client's Products Team to help them continue to scale the company's products. The role will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving adoption and engagement over time. Such tasks are focused on increase in adoption of platform features and tools.
Key skills required:
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in web apps, APIs, and automation and other latest trends and technologies
• Literate in the use of tools such as or similar to Asana, Confluence, Intercom, SendGrid, Segment, Google Analytics, Power BI etc.
• Good understanding of cloud-based dashboard reporting tools like Salesforce and Power BI.
• Experienced working in product marketing for SaaS/Technology products
• Great storyteller with experience in design and copywriting
• Experienced in developing, creating, and launching marketing strategies and collateral for digital products
• Comfortable with metrics and can hold your own with the data to back you up
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing field with at least 1 years experience in Product Marketing
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Expert on customer management: clear understanding of who the client is, how they operate and what drives value to them.
• Manage products and features: web and automation and drive sustained adoption and engagement over time.
• Build and evolve product positioning, value proposition and messaging.
• Write communication and create all content, media, and other marketing collateral for different mediums (email, blog posts, in-app, etc.).
• Support launches, releases of products and education.
• Testing and scaling marketing tactics across channels (in-app, email, web, social, advertising, etc.).
• Develop the brand, tone of voice and messaging to form a distinct and unified storyline that resonates with our target customers.
• Ensure brand compliance with all published and external materials.
• Determine and measure success metrics for launch, growth, and ongoing adoption.
• Define future iterations, roadmap and customer centricity
