A household name charity is looking for an accomplished Marketing Director to join its team based in Central London, on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be a creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial brand builder who is naturally collaborative and combines intellectual curiosity, adaptability and vision, with a willingness to personally deliver strategic initiatives. You will have a proven track record of successfully developing high-profile brands and will be recognised for your ingenuity, energy, sound judgement, and ability to elegantly translate complex ideas into simple but highly effective marketing and media campaigns that inspire action.
You will provide inspirational leadership to a small high-performance team and will measure the success of marketing strategies with a view to creating a culture of continuous innovation and improvement. You will be a creative and analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and passion for digital communication.
You will work closely with the CEO, Chief Content Officer, Head of Media, and Head of Partnerships. You will be responsible for building a lean, diverse internal Marketing team inclusive of Digital Marketing, Partnership Marketing and Experience Marketing leaders, and will collaborate with world-class external partners (pro bono or low bono) to leverage their unique abilities in support of a shared vision and mission.
