Scale the team, innovate with new technology and processes and drive forward the brand and demand in line with commercial goalsThe role of Head of Marketing:

This Head of Marketing position will report to the CEO and lead a global team of 11 marketers, based across 7 office locations. The team is split in to a central marketing function (demand, digital, events, product marketing) and regional marketing teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC)

The Head of Marketing will work in close partnership with Business Unit heads and regional Business Development heads to develop an enhanced, high-performance group-wide B2B marketing strategy geared to building the brand and delivering in-bound sales lead generation across the subscription research and consulting businesses.

Day to day responsibilities of the Head of Marketing include:

Develop, articulate and deliver a clear strategy for the business' marketing activities that will support brand awareness and drive demand in line with the company's ambitious growth strategy.
Develop revised marketing KPIs and provide monthly reporting of these to the senior management team and BU/BD heads to track progress in meeting the strategic goals.
Work with the regional business unit leaders to roll-out the centralised strategies, localising for regional goals and objectives.
Develop key product marketing strategies to drive and increase the volume of qualified sales leads provided to the global business development team
Develop and implement an account-based marketing strategy to deepen relationships with existing clients and promote upsells of its services.
Be accountable for the business brand guidelines, all content/collateral and materials that are created and for the tone of voice.
Run HubSpot, the marketing CRM and manage service providers including HubSpot, LinkedIn, LeadIQ, IPREO, and Zoom (including tools used by our marketing support team which reports to regional heads of business development).
Track our competitors and provide regular competitive intelligence updates to BU and BD heads.
Collect client feedback to guide enhancement of services, and develop user case studies that articulate USPs and benefits of those services.
Oversee the Product Development and Launch process, to ensure successful introduction and marketing of new services.
Manage the global marketing team to proactively deliver the marketing plan, including ensuring that we have the right mix of skills on the team and their talents are developed and effectively deployed.To be considered for this role you must have:

Experience working in a senior-level marketing position, owning and running a marketing function within a similar B2B business intelligence and consultancy services organisation
People management experience – leading, coaching and managing in-person and remote teams
Energetic and pro-active self-starter able to take responsibility for devising strategy, hands-on delivery and team management.
Strong communication skills, with a proven track record of implementing and delivering marketing transformation programmes.
Excellent project management skills; adept at multi-tasking, prioritisation and collaborating with colleagues across functions.
Demonstrable experience in delivering holistic and successful inbound and outbound marketing programmes resulting in increased demand, leads, and revenue
Broad B2B marketing knowledge and experience across Brand, Demand, ABM, Digital and Communications
Experience of working with the latest marketing technologies – CRM, automation etcThe company:

They play a 'key advisor' role to corporate, financial and government decision makers and thought-leaders. The client base is now over 2,000 organisations but they believe this is only the tip of the iceberg. The organisation has scaled at 20% YOY growth and is now 500 employees across 20+ offices globally.

This Head of Marketing role is an integral position in the business, reporting directly in the CEO to support marketing, commercial and business objectives being hit. This is for someone that has the strategic nous and desire to innovate and grow the already existing marketing structure.

The package for the Head of Marketing role:

£90,000 – £110,000
