The Role

A BRAND-NEW opportunity for a Head of Growth to join a Start-Up Tech business.

As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers. You will also play a key role in CVM and development of their customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing data-driven digital marketing (including campaign design and testing), SEO and digital and physical events for direct subscriber growth and via the indirect partner programme.

You will help to develop and implement the overall growth strategy, working closely with the CEO and community, marketing and product leads. You will also work closely with the founder and external advisers to align activities such as PR, events and campaigning.

Responsibilities of the Head of Growth

Leading growth in membership and subscribers through community member conversion and product specific campaigns
Developing and executing customer acquisition strategy across all channels
Develop strategy and drive growth and CVM
Building business function and a high performance, results-driven team
Developing budgets in line with the business plan
Determine and track KPIs and develop effective, timely and automated reporting
Analyse performance and continually suggest improvements
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns to maximise ROI
Develop content strategy to align with growth objectives with content lead
Developing influencer, social media, ambassador, and affiliate strategies
Managing the brand, PR and campaigning with CEO
Attend marketing conferences and educational programsHead of Growth Requirements

Experience either in Telco, subscriptions or SaaS
CVM experience covering acquisition and ideally retention
Knowledge and understanding of sales automation, sales funnels and data-driven
Ability to optimise acquisition budgets across channels, based on sales and customer value KPIsThe Company

Basic salary of £75-80k basic
