The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and orchestrating market leading digital acquisition strategies for the Party Casino and partypoker brands internationally to enable them to meet ambitious NGR growth targets.

In this role, your focus will be to drive digital performance and grow the active / retained player base by working with a team of specialists who will continuously optimize all marketing acquisition channels including; Affiliates, SEO, PPC, Social, Programmatic, and Media Buying.

Key areas of the role
  • Developing and planning market leading digital acquisition strategies across Casino and Poker verticals that will drive growth across .com and regulated markets globally. You will provide clear direction through data and insight on all strategic and operational marketing activities.
  • Driving a culture of change, innovation and exploration. Work collaboratively and effectively with Entain`s digital marketing experts to continuously push the boundaries to optimize digital performance and over-deliver against key performance metrics (e.g. FTDs, cost per acquisition, player value, retention etc.). More specifically harnessing expertise, developing processes, driving excellence and removing barriers to performance for the Party Brands across various teams.
  • Arranging regular and frequent testing programmes on all performance marketing activities to improve optimization and ROI by channel in conjunction with the implementation teams. Operationalise the optimal marketing mix analysis and decision-making for all marketing spend.
  •  Manage a substantial performance marketing budget, and ensure the spend is optimized across Affiliates, PPC, Social, Programmatic, and Media Buying.
  • Focus on the customer: understanding audiences and their behaviours along with a working knowledge of the customer journey and how performance marketing fits in at each stage. Having a deep understanding of attribution and data-driven creative messaging.
Your specialist skill set and experience
  • Proven and high performance experience in a Head of Digital Marketing role at present, with a B2C focus.
  • A confident leader overseeing cross channel digital teams.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets.
  • Proven track record delivering exceptional NGR growth through digital acquisition.
  • Strong commercial acumen paired with an entrepreneurial spirit. Customer centric mentality and the ability to consistently channel insight into profitable deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentational). Proven track record of delivering clear and impactful presentations to senior stakeholders.
