This role will lead the direction for all our communications with Members across different channels (email, Whatsapp, web, social and Guild), helping make sure they are meaningful, relevant, and clear. This position will sit within our Leadership Team with responsibility for the performance and success of content and communication across the business, as well as being part of the decision-making group within the organisation. We’re looking for someone who can help us with effective and impactful communications which will help: i) Ensure our existing Members feel connected, engaged and proud of being part of the organisation and ii) Attract & acquire new Members
