The Role

As a Consultant I will: Design and execute high-performing digital experiences and marketing strategies for our clients:

  • Developing & executing digital marketing strategies to help our clients deliver on their business objectives, including embedding new technology and capabilities required to enable the strategy
  • Supporting clients in designing and optimising omnichannel marketing campaigns to drive activation
  • Helping our clients improve their marketing effectiveness and efficiencies from strategy through to activation
  • Being on top of emerging marketing technologies and platforms, trends and industry developments that affect our clients

Play a critical role in delivering the end to end solution on a variety of client engagements, from strategy to proposition design and delivery:

  • Translating client briefs into research and data requirements
  • Extracting insight and deliver concise recommendations that our clients can trusts
  • Taking the lead on content creation and produce engaging and client-ready outputs
  • Presenting findings in an articulate, impactful way that wows our clients
  • Being an engaging and positive team member, committed to building strong team relationships and providing guidance and coaching to analysts in the team

Be the foundation that enables us to build strong and lasting client relationships 

  • Being the host and ensuring every interaction is as meaningful as possible 
  • Working collaboratively with clients, harnessing their knowledge to get to the answer 
  • Delivering ready to use outputs that cater to all our client’s needs; be that by progressing the project or use in a wider context

  • Contribute to Manifesto’s internal marketing activities 
  • Actively share knowledge, experience and skills from digital marketing to upskill the wider team 
  • Taking ownership and delivering internal projects that have a lasting effect on our business

As a consultant I will demonstrate:

  • Confident understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques and best practices as well as expertise in designing digital marketing strategies, that I will proactively leverage to deliver outcomes for both clients and the business
  • Experience monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing activity and campaigns
  • Proactivity and enthusiasm in everything I do 
  • Creativity and logic in approaching and solving problems 
  • A burning desire to make every output as strong as it can be and always striving to improve 
  • A drive to deliver and exceed expectations, to help others and have each others’ backs 
  • Effective communication across all levels to facilitate teamwork and collaborative ways of working 

Additional Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level at a top university
  • 2-3 years experience as a practitioner in a digital marketing function of a digital agency or media, financial services or retail company.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Thunderhead (or other similar softwares) with a proven track record of managing KPIs and ROI of marketing campaigns
  • Proven skills and experience across Digital Marketing, Paid Media, SEO, PPC and lead-in campaigns
  • A legal right to live and work in the UK
