The primary objectives of the role  

  • Reporting to the CEO, and sitting on the senior leadership team,  contribute to setting and leading the company direction and  strategy to ensure it further develops its stance globally as being a  leader in the hair care market 
  • Define and lead the future brand marketing strategy delivering  market leading global campaigns across all customer touch  points (including TV, radio and digital) which will develop loyalty  from existing customers, attract new customers and build brand  equity 
  • Build and execute a digital marketing plan that delivers against  growth and profit targets, including CRM, SEO, PPC, display, and  paid social 
  • Understand and engage with the TT customer and ensure that all  marketing activity is insightful and relevant in order to retain and  attract new customers. Develop customer feedback mechanisms  and ROI tracking for all relevant brand projects 
  • Design and deliver the annual brand and marketing calendar and  drive engagement through a varied mix, including sales  promotions, seasonal launches, new product launches and brand  activations 
  • Optimise all marketing opportunities to build the brand and  encourage the use of marketing data and analysis throughout the  business to help shape future campaigns 
  • Work with the founder and senior leadership team to identify gaps  in the market for new and exciting opportunities for growth, building on the brands willingness to challenge the status quo and  stay ahead of competition
  • Own new product development from research and conception  design through to product development and launch 
  • Establish highly collaborative and effective relationships with  international distributor partners 
  • Deliver an outcome-focused commercial mentality for marketing,  supporting customer and business KPIs 
  • Develop and lead a motivated, proud, and highly effective team,  setting an example for colleagues at all levels. Ensuring the  structure and team capability is at its best to deliver optimum  performance 
  • Own and grow the CSR / sustainability agenda in line with  company values and market trends
